Today, the Mourne Check placemats continue this legacy, offering a stylish yet functional addition to your dining table. Available in the original mid-century colours of Tollymore, Gorse, Robin, and Bilberry, the design remains as relevant and striking as ever. The Mourne Check Stone placemats are inspired by the cool, weathered tones of river-smoothed stones and granite walls scattered across the Mourne landscape. Woven from a mid-grey wool yarn and contrasted with black linen, this understated colourway captures the quiet harmony found in natural stonework and mountain scree.
