Wreathmaking with Ginny Rolfe

Ginny Rolfe has been Jamie Oliver’s right-hand woman and head of his food team since The Naked Chef first aired in 1999. Not only does she make his dishes look good enough to eat, she’s a fantastic cook in her own right, playing an important role in recipe development and shaping dishes through her knowledge of ingredients and flavours.

Over the years, she has built an impressive career designing and creating sets for Jamie’s programmes, as well as styling his books with food, props and beautiful floral displays, from arrangements to wreaths. Often found up early at Covent Garden Flower Market, Ginny sources foliage for Jamie’s shoots, with a particular passion for using locally foraged flowers and plants in her wreaths. She also shares her skills through workshops in London and at Jamie’s home in Essex.

Ginny has a special connection to the Mournes, having spent many happy holidays here with her children over the past twenty years, we are delighted she is coming to teach wreathmaking in our shop in Warrenpoint.
